## What Cortiez does

- **Discovery:** company-wide, from owners to managers. Context first, models second. Finds where intelligence pays.
- **AI-native design:** a menu of initiatives with scope, cost and return. The client chooses.
- **Implementation:** built on the client's systems, with the client's IT, by Cortiez's engineering team, until the client's people own it.
- **Run and improve:** measured against a baseline, then the next initiative.

Most strategy work ends with a recommendation. Cortiez's work ends with systems live and measured. Clients choose where to start and keep everything Cortiez produces.

## Two ways to put intelligence to work

- **Elevate:** better processes in the companies the group already runs. AI inside the daily work of each department (Finance, Sales, Operations and supply, Customer service), with the client's team approving every step.
- **Build:** new businesses on what only the group has. Its customers, data and distribution turned into new revenue: new products, new services, new companies, new markets.

## Confidentiality and control

- Confidential from day one: an agreement is signed before discovery, in every engagement. Access is granted and revoked by the client's IT.
- The client's data stays in the client's environment: systems run inside its infrastructure, under enterprise agreements that never train on its data.
- Owned by the business group: systems, context, code and documentation, built so the client's people can run them.
- Independent of any vendor: model-agnostic by design. Providers can change at any time without starting over.
